Vietnam has one of the world’s most diverse, culturally significant and healthiest of cuisines. A fusion of many principles makes Vietnamese cooking so irresistibly delicious and seductively special. Vietnamese cuisine combines the five elements of metal, wood, fire, water and earth with a melting pot of cultures inspired by France, China, India and other Asian nations. The result is a unique food philosophy, deceptively simple yet deliciously complex.

Through a cooking class, you will gain experience in creating and cooking authentic Vietnamese dishes in a fun, hands on way. This is also a chance to listen to an insider’s view on the importance of food in Vietnamese society, the significance of different combinations, origins and traditions of the dishes you will create, as well as skills needed for selecting and combining the best ingredients. You will come away with a newfound appreciation and understanding of Vietnamese cooking.

  • Morning class: 08.30  12.30 (lunch)
  • Afternoon class: 14.30  18.30 (dinner)

Morning Class

  • 8h.15: Our Chef will pick you up at your hotel and a short walk to the class.
  • 9h.00: Chefs are generalized about the program
  • 9h.10: Take a Cyclo tour
  • 9h.30: Local market tour & street food tasting. Walking through the local market to exploring a characteristic of Vietnamese market which described the culture that only can find in Vietnam. Beside, some of local seasoning and food material would be explained by our chef during the market tour.
  • 10h.40: Cooking Class start. the chef will teach you how to pre-process and make the Vietnamese foods with detailed instruction & recipes
  • 12h00: Time to enjoy your own foods, drinks are available on your request during the lunch.

Afternoon Class

  • 14.30: Our Chef will pick you up at your hotel by taxi or motorbike to the class.
  • 15h.00: Chefs are generalized about the program
  • 15h.10: Take a Cyclo tour
  • 15h.30: Local market tour & street food tasting. Walking through the local market to exploring a characteristic of Vietnamese market which described the culture that only can find in Vietnam. Beside, some of local seasoning and food material would be explained by our chef during the market tour.
  • 16h.40: Cooking Class is start. the chef will teach you from pre-processing to making the Vietnamese foods with detailed instruction & recipes
  • 18h.00: Time to enjoy your own foods, drinks are available on your request during dinner time
